Meet cookbook author Cynthia Nims and prepare your taste buds for a shellfish extravaganza! Learn approachable recipes and techniques from her Essential Shellfish Collection—perfect for seasoned seafood lovers and the shellfish-curious alike. 

Chef Jennifer Worthley of Next Chapter Cafe is bringing three of Cynthia's recipes to life using the freshest local catches from Bellingham Dockside Market. Each delicious dish is gluten-free and comes with its own wine pairing.
