Fairhaven Festival Mission: To gather people together in community to celebrate Ski to Sea while sharing the beauty of Fairhaven Village and supporting local and independent artisans through their handcrafted food, drink, goods and music with the goal of drawing people back time and again.
Thank-you for your application to be a food vender at the 2023 Fairhaven Festival on Sunday May 28th. Please complete this form and submit it no later than March 3rd.
Last year there were over 10,000 people in attendance and some of our venders sold out fairly early. This year attendee numbers are expected to be higher. Please insure that if you apply you are prepared and bring enough food to last until 7pm when the event ends.
You will not be able to leave early if you sell out early.
Food Vender Fees: $250.+ applicable power fees for 10X10 space, and $400.+ applicable power fees for Food Trucks.
Commissions: There are no commissions collected from vendors at the Fairhaven Festival.
Certificate of Insurance for Food Booths:
All food vendors who are accepted must supply the Fairhaven Association with a $1,000,000 Certificate of Insurance for the day of the event.
Permits:
All food booths are responsible for acquiring their own health department permits, food handler’s permits, and fire permits. If these are not provided upon inspection of your booth, vendors will forfeit their booth location and all fees associated. There will be no refunds provided.
