We are a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit with a mission to advocate for those animals who are most in need, especially senior dogs still seeking their forever homes, by promoting love, compassion, and education through community outreach and events. The Zoe Fund, a partnership with AEC Bellingham, hosts Pet Wellness Clinics throughout Whatcom County to help underserved pet owners in our community.
